This machine is designed to handle water-thin to very viscid fluids (Max. 50000 cps), No change parts are needed and fill volume is changed by LCD touch screen control panel. Special application for Shampoo, Lotion, Honey, Chili Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Edible oil, Motor Oil and medical, Cosmetic, Chemical liquid product etc.

*Sanitary Rotary Lobe pump performs filling viscous and general product, pump head made from stainless steel

*Stainless steel frame construction to meet GMP requirement

*Each rotary pump is driven by an individual AC motor and controlled by torque control frequency inverter for high accuracy of liquid filling (Or control by servo motor)

*Pump type: Butterfly type to allow particle

*Pump size: big pump 20L/ 100 turns (ZB3A-20)

*No change parts are required for different bottle size except a bottle neck clamping plate
